A city could get up to 10 points for each indicator. The maximum possible value of the city index is 360 points.

According to the Minister of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector Vladimir Yakushev, if a city scores more than 180 points, it is recognized as a city with a favorable environment. He added that 23% of Russian cities have favorable environment.

«The average score for the quality of the urban environment in Russia was 163 points. By 2024, this indicator should correspond to the value of 212 points», — informs Vladimir Yakushev.
