The happiest employees are representatives of medicine, pharmaceutics, and civil service, and the unhappiest people can be found in the auto business and blue-collar jobs.
The survey respondents assessed how happy they are at their workplace on a scale from 0 to 10.
Representatives of medicine and pharmaceuticals industry are the happiest: their average happiness score is 6.1 points. The second place is occupied by workers of civil service and nonprofit organizations (5.9 points), The third place is occupied by HR specialists (5.8 points).
It is noted that the representatives of the auto business (4.4 points) and blue-collar personnel (4.7 points) are the unhappiest.
According to the geographical criterion, the happiest employees live in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (their average happiness score is 6.3 points) and Krasnodar Krai (6 points). At the same time, respondents aged 55 and older feel happier than young people aged 18 to 24.
